Refund policy

At Kiddletown, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase/order ID is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Used or incomplete products

Refunds:
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
